1. Our Role
Holiday Nannies Greece provides curated nanny matching and coordination services for families travelling to Greece. We act solely as an intermediary between families and independent childcare professionals (nannies). Nannies are not employees of the agency and operate as independent service providers. Our role is limited to the coordination, selection, introduction and support of the booking process.
2. Service Structure
We offer curated childcare packages designed for travelling families. Each package includes nanny matching, coordination and scheduling support for the selected duration. Services are provided on a pre-arranged hourly or package basis.
3. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
A booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit. The deposit secures the selected dates, initiates the nanny matching process and confirms availability. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit is considered part of the coordination service and is non-refundable.
4. Payments
The deposit is paid to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance for childcare services is paid directly to the nanny, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to confirmation. All nanny rates are communicated clearly in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. In certain cases, and at our discretion, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking, subject to availability. We understand that travel plans may change and aim to handle all situations with fairness and flexibility where possible.
6. Nanny Availability
In the unlikely event that a confirmed nanny becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement. If no suitable replacement can be arranged, the deposit will be refunded in full.
7. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings, including dates, hours or requirements, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will always aim to accommodate adjustments where possible; however, continuity of service outside the original agreement cannot be assured.
8. Service Disclaimer
All nannies introduced through Holiday Nannies Greece are independent professionals. While we carefully select and coordinate suitable candidates, the agency is not responsible for the direct delivery of childcare services during the booking period.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a booking with Holiday Nannies Greece, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
